Please review the Parental Requirements Document and be sure to follow the dress code at all school functions. This applies to anyone who comes with you, adult or child, so please remind anyone you have invited.
Wherever we go, we are representing not only our School but Holiness. Be respectful of the facilities we use, and make sure that you clean up any mess you make. We don't expect our children to act like adults, but they should be polite and respectful of the facilities.
Leave no trace behind - take home what you brought with you, including trash if there are no receptacles where we are at.
Because of the times we live, all field trips and park days that are scheduled are tentative. Please look at the google calendar for exact dates and times. It will be updated as things are confirmed.

North Alabama's Wild Reserve at Boyd Family Farm
Where: 916 State Line Road, Hazel Green, AL. 35750
When: Thursday, September 17, 2026
Time: Arrive at 10 AM (CENTRAL STANDARD TIME)
-Age 2 and under are free and ages 3 and up $12 each (If we have a group of 20 or more paying in attendance, tickets will only be $10 each!)
-Zoo feed is $2 per cup
-Sack lunch is allowed and there is a pavilion available for use.
-(There will be a drink vendor -might be lemonade or rootbeer floats- and a food vendor called Munchie Mobile. They have hot dogs/chili dogs and cheese nachos at least.)
-There is also a play area with a tube slide.
-I will be making ONE group payment upon arrival so please PayPal to holinesschristianacademy@gmail.com (under the name of Cathy Pell)
OR bring EXACT CASH to me upon arrival.
-I will be updating them on numbers to be expected on Monday September 7 so please text me with your numbers and free/ticketed breakdown of participants BEFORE this date.
