Transferring To Another School

Families wishing to withdrawal their student from HCA must fill out a Student Withdrawal Form and mail it to the school's address.

Once you have enrolled with another school, they will need to send a records request form to HCA.

HCA will send the student's records directly to the requesting school upon receipt of the records request.
