Grades & Attendance
Each year enrolled families must submit a final report to HCA to be placed in your child's permanent record file.
You will find the enrollment requirements on the Enrollment page, please check to make sure you are submitting the correct subjects each year for grades 1-8, and see the Graduating Seniors page to find the diploma requirements for adding to your transcript.
K-8 grade students must submit an annual progress report, and 9-12 grade students must submit an annual transcript. You need to use number grades and not letters. You will find both files at the top of this page. The transcript must be typed. You will submit this file yearly, so please save it to your computer to avoid having to type each year out every time. If you need assistance with this, please contact your district coordinator. At graduation a completed transcript is to be turned in.
