Open enrollment is set for August 5, 2024 from 10am-2pm at Bama Boys BBQ in Henagar. To enroll you must have an interview. Enrollment Interviews will done first come first served. Please allow time for this. Enrollment will go faster if you fill out forms ahead of time. If you don't have access to a printer, the forms will be at enrollment. We will have a co-op this year. Sis Rebecca Smithey will be heading this up. Class information will be posted soon.
All current enrolled families can mail all forms in. No in person enrollment is required. All forms must be mailed by July 31st. Or you must be at open enrollment. Cash , Checks made out to HCA or PayPal.
After open enrollment, interviews will have to be scheduled. You must have an appointment.

Fees for enrollment are $50 for the first student, $75 for two students, and $100 for 3 or more students. Fees are non-refundable, and are due at the time of enrollment. These fees are due each year of enrollment with HCA.
Grades 1-3 need Language Arts, Reading, Spelling, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies/History. Grades 4-8 need Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies/History. To graduate, a student 9-12 grade requires a minimum of 21 credits, with 4 English, Math, Science, and Social Studies/History, and at least 5 electives. You are required to have at least 145 days of instruction/attendance.
If at all possible, please print out and bring your completed Church School Enrollment Form, School Records Request form, and Curriculum Plan form for each CHILD. For each FAMILY, please print out and complete the Family Registration Form and the Statement of Beliefs. The contact letter is yours to keep. Please also bring a payment method for enrollment fees. You will find all enrollment forms at the top of this page. You may choose to fill out the forms on your computer before printing. (If you are unable to print these forms at home, you will be provided with one at registration.)
Once your enrollment form has been received, your District Coordinator will contact you to set up an interview with the Board. (We will try to do some interviews the day of registration, but will likely not be able to interview every family that day.) Interviews will last approximately 15-20 minutes, and the primary teacher must attend.
You may pay your enrollment fees via Cash or Check. Please be prepared to pay in full the day of enrollment.
Field trip and Yearbook information will be provided as well.
